With over 50 blood collection centers, there is a considerable amount of data to be transmitted to the companys main server for processing on a daily basis.Initially, nurses responsible for performing blood tests and collecting patient data (national ID and type of test) had to take handwritten notes and bring patient forms to the lab at the end of each day. In addition, their salary and bonuses are directly related to the number of patients they see.The client wanted to automate some of these tasks, reduce patient visit times, improve traceability, and remove intermediate steps between data collection and server processes.
